Laura Penner: President of the Ladies Auxiliary


The Ladies Auxiliary of Unit #38 was formed in 1961.The function is to support all activities and assist Unit #38. The Ladies Auxiliary have facilities at the Anavets Unit to cater to all types of functions. They have their own Provincial sports participation, bowling, darts, shuffleboard, cribbage and whist, as well as holding Bingo each Monday at noon. Members are allowed to participate in all in club activities sponsored by the Unit. They have several charity fund raisers that they are involved in throughout the year.  They will also do catering. SALADS:  Choice of 3
Cole Slaw, Tossed salad, Jellied Fruit, Macaroni Salad, Vegetable Tray, Bean Salad.

MEATS:  1 From each section.
1st Choice:  Roast Beef or Grade A Roast Turkey
2nd Choice:  Baked Ham, Meet Balls with Sweet and Sour Sauce or Gravy.
      

POTATO: 
Fresh Mashed not Instant.

VEGETABLE: Choice of 1:
Kernel Corn, Mixed Peas and Carrots, Peas.

PICKLES: 
Bread and Butter.

DESSERTS: 
Auxiliary Choice.
If not our choice, additional charge.

BEVERAGE: 
Tea, Coffee, Milk

We strive to serve Heart Smart menu's. Use low Cal Dressings, Sodium Free.

PLEASE NOTE: Ample portions are provided, and extra helpings are available, but due to Health regulations, no leftover foods, hot or cold, will be allowed for guests to take out.
